Rushmore Cave brochure wins International Award
If you’ve picked up a Rushmore Cave brochure from an area distribution rack lately, you’ll understand why it’s an international award winner! The 2015 Rushmore Cave brochure, created by the local graphic design firm Ross Johnson Design Company, was recently awarded 2nd Place in the 2015 International Best Brochure Competition by the Association of Professional Brochure Distributors (IAPBD).
Dean Sargent, of Certified Folder Display Service, nominated the informational brochure to the association’s membership. The brochure then competed in a field of over 19,000 international entries. Judges from across the US, Mexico, Canada and Europe narrowed the field down to the top 76, before awarding the Rushmore Cave brochure 2nd place International Honors. The worldwide competition results were announced at the IAPBD annual meeting recently in Inverness, Scotland.
“We’ve been working hard to build the Rushmore Cave brand and showcase all there is to do at the Rushmore Cave property,” said Ross Johnson recently, “and we are certainly honored to be recognized for our design efforts, both locally and on the international stage.”
Rushmore Cave is a privately owned show cave near Keystone, SD that offers guided walking tours of the cave during the months of May – October.
